Robbie Williams was amongst the winning team during yesterdays (May 27) Soccer Aid 2012 match. The side was led by the Take That singer, beating a team of Hollywood A-Listers and football legends 3-1 in the fourth Soccer Aid match, held at Man United's Old Trafford.
The match saw the England team play the 'rest of the world' team - the 'rest of the world' team included actors Will Ferrell, Edward Norton and Michael Sheen, along with Michael Myers and Gerard Butler, whereas players on the England team included comedians John Bishop and Paddy McGuiness and singers Olly Murs, JLS and Mark Owen, alongside team captain Robbie Williams.
The match raised an incredible £6.5million through ticket sales and donations alone, with all profits going to Unicef's work helping children across the globe.
All players looked like they were having a great time - despite the heat! And the heat may have meant that Robbie got his wish granted, as he was planning on catching many a Soccer Aid star in the nude...
The star told The Sun: “It’s amazing – you get to see them naked!"
He then added: “My pep talk will be a lot of massaging of the shoulders and massaging of the egos – as well as a few swear words thrown in.”
Wonder how many massages were being thrown around yesterday?!
All in all, a job well done boys...
